JetAFresh Wheelie Bin Cleaning Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between JetAFresh (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our customers (“you”, “your”) regarding the provision of our wheelie bin cleaning services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following:


1. Customer Responsibilities

  • Your bin must be clearly marked with your house number at all times.

  • You are responsible for ensuring JetAFresh has up-to-date and accurate contact details.

  • If your bin is unavailable due to holidays or other reasons, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • You must notify JetAFresh of any changes to your council’s collection schedule.


2. Service Limitations

  • We cannot clean bins that are contaminated with wet paint, wet oil, or animal faeces (cat or dog).

  • Cleaning may take place up to 24 hours after your scheduled council collection. You must ensure the bin remains empty, visible, and accessible on your property.

  • Where council waste collection has not taken place, our operative may remove a small amount of rubbish to allow cleaning. This waste will be returned to the bin. JetAFresh does not remove waste under any circumstances.

  • If a clean cannot be carried out, we will provide advanced notice where possible and your cleaning credit will be preserved.


3. Service Schedule

  • All cleans booked via our website are set up as a regular fortnightly service.

  • JetAFresh does not provide one-off cleans.


4. General Terms

  • By booking and using JetAFresh services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • If you have any queries or disputes regarding our service, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of service.

  • JetAFresh reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be available on our website.
